ForcesConstitution is based on the five forces that the universe is made of. Physicists says that gravitational force, electromagnetic force, strong force and weak force combined with the "design program" are the five ingredients of this universe. Different people feel and act differently due to the difference in the amount and proportion of the forces in them. Every force has precise shapes and features allocated. Based on the unique proportion of forces in a person we can easily understand what they are designed to do, what environment and work they are designed for and what stresses and empowers them.

Case study - Emma
Emma's constitution is pictured on the side.
She is a petite girl (Force A) with some angular (Force C) and rounded features (Force E). Her dominant force is A - the communicator. Her secondary forces are C and E. She has level 2 forces for negotiating and listening.
Lets see this force proportion as a group of five dogs.
Force A is the big dog. It needs full time engagement, lots of exercises like a big dog. Others are chihuahuas. Don't compel them to exercise too long, they would die. Emma is designed to spend the Force A at work, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. If she uses her Force C and E, its like over-exercising the small dogs. They get depleted and destroyed easily.
Lets look at it as five bank cards. The large one is the one thats linked to her granddad's million dollar accounts. The small are credit cards with limited funds. The smallest are 'topped up' credit cards. Which one would you use when you need to spend energy all day all week?
Many times, we get the wrong role models and overuse our secondary forces and underuse our dominant forces. It always ends up in depletion, lack of drive and diseases. Both business and employees lose.
