Immerse yourself in the World Heritage-listed Gondwana Rainforests of National Park. Most of Barrington Tops National Park is declared wilderness; large, natural areas of land that, together with their native plants and animal communities, remain essentially unchanged by modern human activity.
Why Barrington Tops
Wilderness areas in NSW represent the largest, most pristine natural areas within NSW – the last of Australia’s wild and untamed places. In this wilderness retreat, one can hear the chirping of birds early in the morning and feel the swaying breeze playing hide and seek between trees. Easy walks, overnight hikes, great picnic, fishing, and camping spots await. Enjoy guided tours, walks, waterfalls, scenic drives, and accommodation surrounded by ancient landscapes.
How to get there.
Embrasing true nature takes just a 3-4 hour drive. Train will take you to Gloucester station and we can transfer you to the retreat.

Guided lush-green bush-walks
Ayurveda sessions will explore wellness with minimal invasion. Topics covered are tongue diagnosis and anti-aging nutrition that works in almost all health issues as well healthy people to boost wellness. Ayurvedic take on intermittent fasting will also be discussed.

Ayurveda expert Daniela Escobar. Was born in Caracas, Venezuela and trained in Ayurvedic Medicine in India, USA, and Australia by Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Rama Prasad, and Dr. Amruta Athale. She practices with loving devotion and continues to learn and research with her teachers and education centres internationally and keep her heart immersed in her love for holistic healing wisdom. Ayurveda Doctor Rama Prasad was born and university-trained in trained in south India Ayurveda Dr. Rama Prasad practices and trains practitioners in Australia for the past 24 years. He is passionate about supporting people through their healing journey in order to achieve their goals, faster and easier. He uses the most complete and ever-evolving science of wellness - Ayurveda - that he has researched and mastered thoroughly for over 37 years. He was working with kids with Autism and related illnesses over the past 20 years.
