You may do it early in the morning or when you come home after work, as long as you didn't have a meal in the past 5 hours.
Dissolve 1.5 tsp salt with 500 mL boiling water and mix it with 1 L normal water.
Drink it calmly, continuously and quickly.
Tickle your throat with fingers or the back end of the tooth brush to get it out gently, until all water is out.
Don't do any other cleanses on the same day.
Don't do it during periods or if you are severely tired.
Ask your practitioner about the frequency.
Usually recovery time is 5 minutes or so.
Eat soupy or light dinner.
