Hydration. 400-750 mL warm water with our without a squeeze of lemon.
Breakfast. At around 7 am. A) 200-300 pan-fried / stir-fried low carb vegitebles. Have a 400-700 mL green smoothie or juice (example: an apple + 100 ml coconut milk + your choice of soaked seeds and nuts + 1 Tbs vegetable powder + 1 Tbs protein powder + 200 mL water). Increase the size of the vegetables every day by 20-30 grams.
Snack. An apple, a pear or something similar - low in carb.
Lunch. 400 gram vegetables and 200 grams protein. Increase the size regularly.
Hydrate. Sip good water through the day. A rough idea would be 300-500 mL water per day / 10 kilos of body weight based on your activities.
Oils. Eat good oils such as coconut / ghee / avocado / almond / butter.
Excite. At least one exciting or enjoyable activity such as swim, play with family, climbing etc.
Super-calming. Daily self massage with warm coconut / sesame / Balashwagandhadi / Ksheerabala oil. Apply warm oil all over your body and head - while in a warm bathroom and take a hot shower or bath 10-30 minutes later. Do it either early in the morning after your exercise, yoga etc. or an hour before you go to bed.
Vices. Don't give up on your daily cup of coffee or tea if you drink it if you like them. Few squares of chocolate hasn't killed anyone, yet!!!
Bedtime. Read the following 21 times at bedtime. Three real reasons for why you are a good person. Three top amazing experiences you had during the day. Three amazing things you did during the day.
Evening. Lights off by 9pm. Screens off by 9.15pm. In bed by 9.45pm.

This is a highly energising program, as it consists low carb food. When you have more energy, your body will start self-cleansing which leads you into healthier body weight and diminished symptoms if any.
If you experience gas, bloating etc you might need a consultation with your local natural therapist as your body needs help in eliminating toxins. Most people are carrying around a kilo of toxin or more!
Make sure you have 2+ bowel movements daily.
