Gaining or losing, weight has a valid and powerful psychological element. If we don't work with this, weight won't change.
Portion control, calorie reduction, meal skipping, fasting for 2 days a week - are all result-oriented and fantastic for a while. Then, the psychological element takes over and... here we go again.. the scales are showing the wrong numbers.
