Stay warm. Use anything and everything you have. Shawl, beanie, jacket, long Joans, hot water bottles. Hot ginger-lemon tea. Warm bed or couch. Stay as horizontal as possible.
Take a foot bath. Place a blanket on the couch/chair and a towel on the floor. Place half a bucket it nice and hot water. Sit down on the couch/chair and dip your feet. Cover yourself with the blanket. Stay there for 10-30 minutes or until sweat well for 5-10 minute.
Talisapatradi. Talisapatradi is a gingery, sugary powder. Dissolve 1-2 grams every 5-10 minutes.
Hot water. Sip hot water continuously throughout the day. Keep the water in your mouth.
Dasamulakatutrayadi. Use 3-5 tablets every 3 hours.
Eat soups. Keep it dairy-free and make it thin and hot. Sprinkle a little black pepper and ginger.
Drink 20 mL Dasamularishtam after each soup. This moves nutrients to immune system.
Keep away from cold. Cold food, drinks, outdoor, indoor and so on.
Keep away from oils, dairy, dense items like potatoes and pizza.
