Psoriasis falls into "dermatitis". Dermatitis means inflamed skin. Here, inflammation means skin is fighting a pathogen or toxin. As long as we have the pathogen an intelligent and strong skin backed by a strong immune system will fight it. That's how life-force works. So, the questions are:
1) how do we prevent the pathogen from entering the body,
2) how do we prevent the pathogen from forming in the body
3) how do we flush the skin to speed up the recovery &
4) how do we repair the skin damage to bring it back to normal?
Stage one is shopping. Get into the alkaline shopping this week.
If you have questions please send them. I will update this page as we go as well. Here is a general easy-alkaline diet. Please use your discrimination when shopping and consuming anything - avoid anything that doesn't suit you. I will respond twice a week. I will answer if I know it.
