"I put my neck out, seeing a chiro, he said that my c2-c3 and T2-T3 discs are out," is a common phrase.
What if there is a simple treatment in Ayurveda that can put the discs and ribs back in place easily effortlessly, more effectively and super-cheaply?
Its a modified version of classical Pichu, only simpler, easier, shorter and amazingly less clumsier.
Why we put our neck out? Why discs get bulged? Too many reasons, of course. Most of them include the weakness of an internal organ - such as stomach, liver or gall bladder! So, if you ant lasting results, you must work on the causative organs and defective internal functions.
Whats the treatment?
Client is resting face down on your massage table. Apply an oil like high potency oil over the affects area. My favourite is Ketakimooladi oil. Dhanwantaram 101 or Ksheerabala 101 would be more than sufficient. Cover the area with a thin rubber sheet or cling wrap. Apply light heat pads. Rest for 40 minutes. Get your client wash the oil off. Preferably later in the day. Repeat it 6 more days. In chronic conditions get them to do it one week on, 3 weeks off - for 2-3 rounds.
Make sure you give Gandharvahastadi internally. Also provide advise on Panchakarma lifestyle to make it safe.
Whats the difference?
The above treatment, modified Pichu, increases the warmth, improves the circulation, oils the underlying tissues, harmonises the functions and helps the body correct the problem. Ayurveda works from bio-chemistry, to correct the bio-mechanics. Chiro, however, pushes the structure back into it, no much biochemical aids. Hence the issue can stay for a long time or easily come back.
